Indian Dunes, in the North LA county and Saddleback,, down south in Orange County, have played a major role in advancing the sport of motocross. Huge talent comes from both camps. If you raced one of these tracks you probably rode with Jeff Ward, Mike Kiedrowski, Mike Bell, John DeSoto, Brian Myerscough, Ricky Johnson, Erik Kehoe, Donny Hansen, Johnny O’, and Flying Mike Brown, just to name a few. Weekend after weekend thousands gathered at these two places to ride and race. History was made.

The 2008 North vs. South challenge will once again take place at high noon at the A Day in the Dirt Motocross Grand Prix. The day, Saturday, November 29.
